This is a mat-based class with the use of various Pilates props, such as: stability balls, magic circles, foam rollers, Pilates Arcs, and resistance bands. If you like variety in your movement practice this class is a fun, yet challenging Pilates class.
Appropriate for all levels of fitness; modifications & progressions are given for each exercise. Increase postural awareness, flexibility/mobility, increase core + total body strength. (6 people max)
