During your 50 Minute Private sessions you will receive customized whole-body workouts tailored to your body’s specific level of fitness and goals- we can address any therapeutic needs to sports specific. These private sessions are steppingstones to an on-point movement practice of lifetime and will enhance one's class experience. *For your safety this “Intro Package” is required prior to enrolling in any Semi-private group offerings.

8 Small Group Mat Based Classes

This is a discounted package of 8 Small Group classes. Pilates Flow + Props

The possibilities are endless with this class! This is a mat-based class with the use of various Pilates props, such as: stability balls, magic circles, foam rollers, Pilates Arcs, and resistance bands. If you like variety in your movement practice this class is a fun, yet challenging Pilates class.

Appropriate for all levels of fitness; modifications & progressions are given for each exercise. Increase postural awareness, flexibility/mobility, increase core + total body strength.

8 Mvmt Lab-Equipment Circuit Sessions

This is a package of 8, ON POINT PILATES MVMT LAB Semi-Private sessions. What is On Point Pilates Mvmt Lab? It's a Pilates based circuit, tailored toward our clients’ personal fitness goals and On Point customized workout program *
